San Diego 2

On Sunday, we took a trip up to the San Diego Temple. This counted as our church meeting :) It is a very beautiful temple! Reagan kept saying how pretty it was and how it looked like a princess castle :) After we walked around temple grounds, we headed over to Coronado Island to go play at the beach. We went to the Navy Base because Brian's coworkers suggested we go there for their pretty beach. It was definitely a great beach! The kids didn't care for the water but they loved the sand and sea shells! We really enjoyed our trip as a family and can't wait to take our next family trip!

Reagan and Bryson walked the shore for every single shell they could find, even tiny little pieces.

So I tried to type more on this post and it just shows up as like a really weird code... I've tried to type it like 3 times now. We shall see if this all shows up!

San Diego

We had this trip planned for a few months and Reagan was more excited to sleep in a hotel than to go to the beach and Sea World! She seems to have this weird obsession with Hotel. Silly girl! As we were trying to find a place to stay(looking online), she would pick out her favorite hotels by what the pictures looked like and her favorite ones seemed to be about $300/night so needless to stay we didn't pick her favorite but she enjoyed where we stayed anyways!

We left Friday afternoon so that way Brian could work almost a full day of work. It's about a 6.5 hour drive and we knew with stops it would take us a little while longer but surprisingly it took us right about 6.5 hours! I guess that means Brian was going a bit fast since we stopped a few times :)

Saturday morning we got up early, got ready, had breakfast and headed off to Sea World! We spent the entire day there and then headed to Denny's for dinner. Reagan says her favorite was the Dolphin Show and Bryson's favorite part was the sharks. I really enjoyed the Circus show(sorry I don't remember the actual name) because it was super funny and kept you entertained!

Bryson tried to nap during the day but we kept him too busy so once we were leaving our last show, he crashed!

They enjoyed playing in the sand and finding sea shells. 

4 Months

Oh man I just love this little boy and all his rolls! As we went to his 4 month check up, I was thinking he wouldn't be as big as Bryson was at 4 months and sure enough, he was smaller but only by about 4 lbs. Bryson just looked so much chunkier and his head was much larger!

Dance Recital, G&G Christensen and Carson Blessing

Reagan had her 2nd Dance recital the end of May. Grandma Shauna and Grandpa Bryant were able to be here for it and she was super excited! She sure loves her dance! Thanks to Aunt Katie for taking most of these pictures :)

Grandma Shauna and Grandpa Bryant were able to come visit for about a week and the kids were so excited! I'm super lame because I'm pretty sure I managed to only take like 3 pictures while they were here, oops! But anyways, while they were here, we were able to swim, have Grandpa get some projects done around the house, go visit the Phoenix Temple, Reagan's Dance recital, go out to eat and just play around the house. Thanks for coming!<3 p="">

Once again I'm super lame because I realized I didn't take any pictures :( Brian was able to have 5 other great men in the blessing circle, Grandpa Bryant, Papa Lars, Rocky Turner, Patrick Wood and Bishop McLeod. Thanks guys! After church, we all came back to our house for a little lunch/dinner.

this is the only picture I have of Carson in his blessing outfit :( and right after this, he woke up and pooped all over GG! haha I know I took some pictures of him with moms camera a few days after so once I find those, I'll post them later. 

Preschool Graduation

YAY for another year of Preschool under Reagan's belt! She absolutely loved going to school with these girls and Mrs T.

And now we shall see if she will be attending Kindergarten next year or another year of Preschool. Her birthday is like a month past the cut off date so we have to have to tested to see if she can go to K next year. Fingers crossed!! :)

3 Months

You know you're far behind when you have to go back and look at pictures to remember what all has happened...sigh...


Since I'm so far behind, I honestly don't remember what Carson was doing at 3 months...

*he loves to be held
*sleeps about a 6 hour stretch at night
 *rolled over for the 1st time(not continuously)
*still hates his car seat
*he's at professional at pooping ALL OVER!
*loves his jumper

ha this cracks me up. These pictures were taken about 30 sec apart...apparently he prefers to be naked(takes after his daddy!)
