San Diego

We had this trip planned for a few months and Reagan was more excited to sleep in a hotel than to go to the beach and Sea World! She seems to have this weird obsession with Hotel. Silly girl! As we were trying to find a place to stay(looking online), she would pick out her favorite hotels by what the pictures looked like and her favorite ones seemed to be about $300/night so needless to stay we didn't pick her favorite but she enjoyed where we stayed anyways!

We left Friday afternoon so that way Brian could work almost a full day of work. It's about a 6.5 hour drive and we knew with stops it would take us a little while longer but surprisingly it took us right about 6.5 hours! I guess that means Brian was going a bit fast since we stopped a few times :)

Saturday morning we got up early, got ready, had breakfast and headed off to Sea World! We spent the entire day there and then headed to Denny's for dinner. Reagan says her favorite was the Dolphin Show and Bryson's favorite part was the sharks. I really enjoyed the Circus show(sorry I don't remember the actual name) because it was super funny and kept you entertained!

Reagan was so excited to go to Sea World!

happy boy!

Carson didn't take his eyes off of the Dolphin Show. This is also where he got sun-burnt :( oops!

Reagan and Bryson got to feed the Seals

We got to the Shamu show early so we could get a great seat!

SHAMU!!

Proof I was there :) waiting for the Skyride

Circus Show

Bryson tried to nap during the day but we kept him too busy so once we were leaving our last show, he crashed!

Reagan and I enjoying Elmo's Flying Fish while Daddy was watching the boys, who were both asleep.

More from our San Diego trip coming up on the next post :)

On Sunday, we took a trip up to the San Diego Temple. This counted as our church meeting :) It is a very beautiful temple! After walking around temple grounds, we headed over to Coronado Island to go play at the beach on the Navy Base. The kids were not a fan of the water, guess we need to be around waves more! They enjoyed playing in the sand and finding sea shells.
